Deepak Beejadhur

Deepak Beejadhur is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He has over fifteen years’ experience in the accountancy field. He held the position of Chief Financial Officer up to January 2020 at Apex Fund Services (Mauritius) Ltd (“Apex Mauritius”), which forms part of the Apex Group which has offices in various jurisdictions including Bermuda, Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong and Ireland. Prior to joining Apex Mauritius, Deepak has worked extensively in the United Kingdom. He also holds a BSc (Hons) Accounting and Finance from the University of Warwick, England.

Kishan Jhugroo

Kishan is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and The Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants (MIPA). He has spent the last 15 years in the offshore sector at AXIS Fiduciary Ltd, a management company ranking among the Top 10, where he has acquired a vast experience in the accounting, finance, company secretary, administration audit services, liquidation services and tax matters of global, domestic companies and other local structures. He also holds a Certificate in Business Valuation, developed through a strategic partnership by the ACCA & the “Conseil Superieur Ordre Des Experts-Comptables (CSOEC)” which is regarded as a high-quality specialist qualification in the field of corporate finance advisory.

Kevin Sibartie

Kevin holds the professional Corporate Finance Qualification issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales (ICAEW). Kevin’s skills are mostly focused on financial advisory in matters of capital raising, restructuring, listing, mergers & acquisitions. Kevin is also the founder and MD of Lineage Invest, a FSC regulated corporate finance advisory firm. His last position within the investment arm of The Mauritius Commercial Bank group, the oldest and amongst the top 20 biggest banks in Africa was very much relevant in his decision to establish Lineage Invest. There, he was exposed to various private equity, corporate finance and asset management assignments with a strong African element. Kevin also holds an LLB and LLM from the UK.
